Do you give free estimates?
Yes. We will evaluate your requirements and give you a written quote as soon as possible.
What do I need to bring?
If you are bringing in a desktop computer all we need is the computer itself – no cords, monitor, etc. If you are bringing in a notebook / laptop computer we will need the power adapter. If you have any of the original CDs or other media that came with the computer, that would be helpful but is not necessary.
Do I need an appointment?
You can stop by anytime during business hours to drop-off a computer, check on a repair status, or just to ask questions. If you would like a consultation on our business service plans or web design we ask that you do schedule an appointment.
How long does it take to fix my computer?
Depend on the problem. Some time we waiting for parts. Our typical turn-around time is 1-3 days.
