My flashdrive was no longer functioning and I wasd desparate to retrieve my data. I went to the Geek Squad at Best Buy and they quoted me $200. as a deposit, just to see if the data could be save. They said the cost could go up to $700++ depending on what they found. I asked my husband where he went for repairs and he sent me to John at Emerg. Comp. Repair. John was efficient, able to work on the problem right away and helped me understand the complex situation. He gave me a very good price and a timely repair. I will go back for all my computer needs. It's great to support independent businesses.

Honest and knowledgeable technicians like John are rare these days, which, unfortunately, I could not include my own technician friends with him. They lead customers to believe they do all the work themselves when in fact they send laptops out, and thus, more or less are middle men. John is a bonafide technician who knows his staff, and does the work himself, including low level component repairs. He earns his money. Thanks John.
